The neighborhood around 9 rue Bompart in Clermont-Ferrand is a quiet, urban area located in the Saint-Alyre district, close to downtown.
It has excellent public transportation access (Bus C, Tram A, and trains within a 15-minute walk).
There are numerous shops and services (supermarkets, banks, hair salons, private and elementary schools), providing a convenient living environment for residents.

A 4-minute walk to the Gaillard stop (Bus C); Bus C serves downtown and the train station, where it connects with Tram A. The train station is also about a 15-minute walk away.

To get to the house:
From the SNCF train station: about 5 minutes (1.2 km) via Avenue de l’Union Soviétique, then Rue Blatin and Rue Bompart.
From downtown (Place de Jaude): about 4 minutes (1 km) via Rue Blatin.
Highway access: close to the A71/A75 exits; about 10 minutes to reach major highways.
Parking: mainly on-street (paid zones), with a few public parking lots nearby (Parking Jaude, Parking Blatin).
