"Stayed there for over two weeks. It did not have my sheets changed once. I did request to have them changed, but they never did. The kitchen faucet only had hot water in the actual faucet was broken. Multiple times had to go get my key replaced because it wouldn’t work on the electronic door. That was frustrating and probably occurred five times during my stay. I requested an additional chair so my wife would have somewhere to sit while we were eating and they never brought it up. The value was not worth it."

"Hotels.com messed up my arrival date, which was programmed, as Thursday to Monday, but confirmed as Wed - Sat. This was done in Atlanta, GA on Wed 9:45pm EST, so it would be impossible to arrive in Tampa, FL on Wednesday, no matter what method we took other than fantasy Transporter. "

"This was a great stay. The location is beautiful with walking paths next to the bay just out of your door. Duneden just a short walk to the north had tons of great restaurants and the food was great. The breakfast is great and includes real eggs, bacon, sausage etc. But, if you arrive for breakfast the last half hour of it being served don't plan too eat because they stop replenishing it. Great stay over all and affordable!"

"Very clean 3-star hotel. The property is older, but it is well kept and comfortable. Our room was clean (the custodial staff even cleans the sliding glass doors to the balcony inside and outside! Wow!), the bed was comfortable (linens could be fresher smelling, but they were clean), and everything was in good working order with a microwave and mini Frigidaire refrigerator in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful (Henry and Linda were so accommodating, friendly, and pleasant) and the overall stay was great. This is a good choice if you want something simple, clean, and affordable in an accessible location (outlet and regular malls, Marshall’s, Sprouts, Walmart, Mellow Mushroom, airports, beach: easy to get to from location). If you want to enjoy the wonderful pool, ask for a room on the inside view (1st floor to walk out to it and 2nd floor balcony to enjoy the view). Breakfast was also nice if you have a family with a welcoming crew keeping items stocked and hot (waffle iron as well)!"

"Pleasantly surprised. Pam at the front desk was amazing, professional, friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean and well-stocked with the necessary items. Bed and pillows, super comfortable. Great shower. The fact that it's right by the airport runway, I could barely hear the planes. Overall... excellent."

"We had to change rooms because in the first one, the shower was continuously running. Then when we switched rooms, the toilet was not flushing well. It took several flushes to get anything down. The staff was nice."
