"Was assigned a room on the 6th floor, can smell food smell in the morning. The room is tiny, with terrible views (blocked by tall buildings), the air con is old and very loud, we switched it off given we can cope with mid 20 degrees, not sure what to do if living there in the summer. The toilet was aged, extractor fan extremely loud and I can’t switch it off. Not sure when the room was last cleaned, we found small hair on the duvet…I couldn’t believe this is a 4 star hotel and I paid £98 for a night. "

"Lack of amenities such as gym, pool. No smaller towel. No complimentary tea and/or coffee bag. Bathroom water pressure was weak"

"Loved this hotel. Everything is so easily available. Good buffet selection and great staff. Good range of restaurants and bars (£-£££), a trampoline park (2blocks away) and Victoria Park located in Causeway Bay - Tin Hau. Public transport all within walking distance. The only 3 things that we thought could have been improved is the TV channel selection, wi-fi connectivity in the rooms and a warmer swimming pool... "

"Breakfast section is excellent. Staff at front desk and the dinning room not friendly. When i greet them, there is no response. I have never experience this lack of manners during my travels in the USA, Europe and Asia."

"Overall, the stay was brilliant. The cleaning staff were very friendly, plus they did a good job cleaning. The room was cool, and was comfortable. When you go outside, there would be plenty of delicious food restaurants. Additionally, there is also a Wellcome store so it was very convenient just in case we were lacking something. "
