"We had a great stay here for playoff game weekend! Greg was an excellent host and a great communicator throughout our stay, answering any questions we had quickly. The property was very clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect—about 10 minutes from The Grove and easily accessible from the highway, which made getting around really convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"We had a lovely stay at Cotton Cottage. We decided last minute to head down to a game and were thrilled to find it available. It is a charming, bright, and cozy garage apartment with everything that we needed. Our hosts were warm but extremely respectful of our privacy. We very much enjoyed saying hello to their pups, who hang out in their fenced yard, upon coming and going. The cottage is a 10-15 minute drive into town with game traffic, and we enjoyed a quiet space away from it all at the end of the day. Perfect stay. "

"Beautiful setting. Very convenient to Oxford. Good for families. Relaxing and great for quality time to unplug. Be attentive to beds and shower set up. Bunk treehouse is separate and best for children. Two queen beds are in loft, not separate bedroom. One fully private bedroom. One shower inside and one shower on lower level is very nice but you do need to go outside to get to it. "

"We booked this house because of the pool and we really enjoyed using it. The house was super clean and we had all we needed. It’s a little bit of an older house and so could use a little bit of love but it worked out perfectly for our group. Beds were comfortable. Location was super close to my daughter’s church. A little further out from campus but just about a 10-15 minute drive. All in all a great weekend and a wonderful host. "
