Someone had to come with a ladder to open them. They had our room ready for an early check in at £25 We were very hungry and the breakfast buffet was about to close , I think they should have given us 50% off the price as we at the end and for example only one piece of toast was left The staff was excellent and I would stay there again"

We had an issue with the room,a weird configuration where it was slanted at one corner making it feel cramped. The hotel was responsive to our concerns and handled things in a very professional manner. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the decor was modern. "
