"Very nice hotel, very close to the beach. All the comfort you need. All rooms are on the first floor and they have some apartments on the side of the building. Nice breakfast with not only the typical Italian sweet stuff. There's also ham, cheese, egg,... Staff is super friendly. During my business trips to Civitanova I mostly stay at Dimorae. "

"Super lovely property, staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast In the lobby was good. We had a nice large balcony. Super easy walk to the beach and some good restaurants. Lots of places closed on Sunday evenings but a 20 minute walk we found some places. Housekeeping was kind and did a great job, they brought us a clothes dryer when they saw us drying clothes in the bathroom. Free parking onsite. Only complaint is the double bed was two singles pushed together, comfortable as long as you didn’t get stuck in the crack in the middle. "
