"The city traffic kept us awake late. We would choose a different room in the future. The bathroom door was not hung square, so was difficult to close. "

"I booked on hotel.com but when I went to check in, they couldn't find my reservation. The carpet in our room was sticky and the rooms were not well insulated. Someone above us had a child that ran a few marathons (including hurdles?) until 10:30pm and then again in the morning. Parking was very full. Breakfast was just okay. "We had to end up finding a different hotel in th same night because we did not feel comfortable in this one. It was not clean at all, there were stains on the ground, bed frame, pillowcases etc. and the overall room did not look clean therefore we did not stay there. It looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia we saw. "

She should be in a position that doesn’t require customer interaction. The breakfast attendant was wonderful, the night front desk girl was helpful, and Jerry, the shuttle driver was very friendly. I gave the hotel a better rating only because of these 3 individuals. "

"The hotel staff was not very welcoming or aware of the access. When I was directed to the indoor pool after 9pm to find the access locked, another person tried to redirect me back there. When I questioned them, they got frustrated and said I should know. There is limited lobby sitting options to gather, there are no table chairs on the courtyard. Looks nice but not practical to enjoy. Disappointed about the overall experience. "
