Villa Virna is a beautiful property located in Terrasini, 700 m. from the beach and about 25 km from Palermo, the regional capital of Sicily, while the international airport is only 10 minutes away.

Terrasini, is a lovely seaside resort town, which offers its visitors a vast choice of services and restaurants. In summer the city center, with its restaurants and clubs, is filled with people and the shops are open until late in the evening.

Villa Virna spreads over two levels. As soon as you enter you find a spacious and bright living room, with elegant furniture and materials. The living room has a corner with fireplace and a fully equipped cooking area. A small hallway leads to a double bedroom. The main bathroom has a shower with hydro-massage.

From the living room a winding staircase leads to the attic on the first floor, where are found two bedrooms, both with a French bed. In one of the two bedrooms there is the possibility to add a further single bed. Here is found a second bathroom with shower.

The villa is surrounded by a wide veranda with outdoor furniture overlooking the lush garden and the swimming pool. The beautiful garden is full of colored flowers and Mediterranean plants, and is the perfect place to spend relaxing moments in contact with nature.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 5 nights in mid and low season; From 12/07 to 22/08 min stay 7 nights. Arrival/departure any day.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, electricity, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linens, final cleaning.
