"Parking was minimally ok maybe the best part of the hotel but alot of activity late at night. Stairs and exterior wakways stained... a simplepressure washing would give the place a cleaner look for the cost of gas and water. Room was filthy.pillow cases were stained or not cleaned. Dead cockroach in closet.dried shampoo on floor between toilet and sink counter...bathroom floor not mopped. Asked for non-prt room cat food in sheet of nonused room...bed linen not changed. Gang style graffiti on inside of main door. The clerk offered our money back but we paid on line. I dono not recommend any legitimate website listing this as it seems more like more like week to week temporary housing than vacationing accomodations. One of the lowest 3 places i have ever stayed and i have not written a review like this before."

"Staff was great as usual, have stayed here several times in the last few months. Great rooms, hot tib and pool area. Breakfast is great, with the exception of, every time I have stayed here, they are always out of Orange Juice. "

"Nice hotel, busy area of town. The room was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and free breakfast was one of the best we have seen when traveling. Our only complaint was when we went to check in 1.5 hours after checkin our room wasn’t ready but we came back 30 minutes later and could check in. Overall we loved the space and cleanliness of the hotel. Comfortable beds too. "

"AC worked great, super nice to have the fold out couch for the kid, everything was clean, breakfast was good, friendly staff. Reasonably convenient to the ski areas while still being well priced. Would definitely return."

"The property was as stated a basement. It was convenient to the ski areas for Little Cottonwood Canyon. The kitchen was lacking in cleanliness as well as the bathrooms. Although we contacted the host regarding missing items, i.e. dish detergent they were never delivered. Another thing that needs to be noted is that there is a small child upstairs and you can hear the crying through the ceiling. Also, the sinks in the bathrooms are not up to standard and spray everywhere. It does say an updated basement. The carpet is very worn. The furniture in the kitchen is torn, pots and pans are lacking. Under the sink in the kitchen was not clean.Not the worst place we’ve stayed in, but also not the best. The reviews say 10 out of 10 I would say 5 out of 10."
