The Space:
This centrally located apartment in Covington, Kentucky, offers a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests. It features two queen bedrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a queen-size pull-out sofa bed located in the living room, offering additional sleeping arrangements. The apartment includes two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. The design incorporates modern amenities, carefully selected to enhance your overall experience and provide a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Guests have access to the entire home.
Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Love the walkability and charm of Covington. This property felt safe and convenient to the best of Covington and Cincinnati. The interior of the home is nice but felt unfinished in some areas.

We had an amazing time in Covington. It was so close to all of the Cincinnati activities that we did (Union Terminal, Over-the-Rhine, the Banks). I wish the beds were more comfortable, but, other than that, it was a great stay. Thanks!

Loved that the apartment was in an updated house from the 1800’s! The neighborhood was very historical with beautiful buildings. Close to Cincinnati, the airport and very walkable with quite a few restaurant options. The space was very comfortable and well stocked. The only thing I would share with potential guests is that there are 2 sets of older, steep stairs from outside to the main floor and to the 2nd floor. This may not be ideal for some people and small children. Overall a great place to stay for a few days!

Nice updates and renovations to the unit. Modernized. Bathrooms were really nice. Excellent Communication, instructions, and updates. Only a few items for feedback. Locked thermostat as others have commented creates a hot upstairs. Noticed no screens in windows. Not an issue this time of year though. Personal preference is all. Cleaning fees are expensive, this is an issue I have overall with these properties.
