Completely renovated with modern finishes! This home is sure to provide it's guest with everything you need to have a memorable stay. From a fully finished basement with plenty of room for activities, to a park-like backyard with thick green grass and plenty of room to play. Or perhaps cook in your trendy, modern kitchen. There is also the back patio, where you can BBQ while watching others play on the grass below. The private, oasis-like bedrooms are ready for relaxation, while the kids room with bunk beds is always fun! Come and make unforgettable memories at The Amberley House!

Volleyball tournament
We had 9 people staying at the house 6 adults and 3 kids. The house was stocked with clean towels and sheets. Everyone slept comfortably. It was fine for the weekend.

Clean and organized place
Everything was great. Place was clean and fully stocked with whatever we needed. Updated kitchen and bathrooms and nice amenities. Only issue I had was the host didn’t send the check in info on time. I almost had to book a new place because I assumed he sent it and checked in very late. But he ended up sending it and all was well from there on.

Nice home. Inadequate beds.
Greeted by thistle lined walks, unmowed grass, stink of garbage. Kitchen was nice. Had a mostly good time in the space. Beds were an issue. One had no boxspring mattress sagged through the bed slats. We used it on the floor. Leg fell off futon had to be.propped up. Was very uncomfortable as well.

Spacious
The house came equipped with towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen utensils. I had a party of 8 with me and everyone slept and showered comfortably. We utilized the kitchen one night for a home cooked meal. There is also an apple tree that I heard had some delicious apples. The home is located in a semi-woodsy area so At night the porch can get filled with insects, if the doors are left open flies will enter the home (hence the fly trap in the living room). The sliding doors upstairs and downstairs are secure but could use maintenance. Other than that, I would stay here again during my next trip to Cincinnati. Steven was accommodating and responded timely to any question or concerns that I had.

Nice Property, but not the cleanest
Overall, the property is very nice. Great location for us for a wedding in the area. A little trouble with the check-in process as I received the code to get inside the house later than we were told. The house was not the cleanest. Bed sheets had marks on them as if they were not clean, trash in the bathroom that was not cleaned up from previous use, and fly traps around the house with flys still in them. Overall, not a bad place, but it could have been cleaner.
