The room was clean and nice :) There was some hairs on my sheets, but other than that it was good and loved the newly remodeled rooms! The fridge was leaking on the floor so had to keep the towel down, and it wasn’t that cold, and leaked more when you tried to make it colder.

The fan was loud in the bathroom. The room was clean and in good repair. If your going to have a kitchen then you should supply pans and things for cooking. If flying wouldn't want to have to buy things for cooking.

The staff were amazing. A little weird 2 hotels in 1, our room was as far back as you could get, not convenient for pool or breakfast, and the back lot is dark and kinda creepy. People wandering around outside, and the overwhelming smell of weed in our room from people smoking outside. (You could see a LOT of daylight under our door). Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but you could tell fresh renovations and they are working on improvements

Our room had two major issues. One was the faucet in the kitchen area. It popped off when I turned the water on. Made a mess as it looked like a geyser. Not a huge deal as there was another sink in the room. However, when I brought this to the attention of the shift manager, solely so we wouldn’t be charged with any damages, his response was “That’s not possible”. What?!?! Second, was a huge clump of long hair stuck to the back wall of the shower stall. Incredibly GROSS. Obviously the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. Beyond unsanitary. Never will I stay there again. Highly recommend customers staying elsewhere

***!!!**!!** KITCHEN COOKWARE **!!**!!!*** My stay was fine. The property was just fine. The bathroom faucet wasn't completely secured to the sink, no big deal. But I was counting on using the kitchen. When I arrived, I asked about the kitchen, and whether they provide cookware. No cookware. Just be advised that there are no cookware or plates/dishes/utensils at all. Not too big a deal. But also, their cooking range is an induction cooktop. So if you're staying for a while and want to save on eating out, plan to bring or buy a pan or skillet that is compatible with an INDUCTION cooktop. I spent about $30 on a skillet plus a few cooking and eating utensils. Not too big a deal, but worth noting. I would still stay again. The price as of 10/2025 was very competitive, and everything else was fine. Thanks, Suburban whatever! See you next time.

Several issues - hidden HIGH deposit

First, there’s a hidden $250 deposit that is not indicated on any website. Considering my stay was a total of less than $400, this is excessive. Meanwhile, this is a split property where it’s Quality Inn and Suburban Suites, both owned by same company and same check in desk. The deposit for Quality Inn is $150. Why the difference when you’re owned by the same company and it’s the same property? Second, they didn’t maintain their parking lot after a big snow storm. When they finally plowed, they piled the snow in front of and on Top of cars, making it impossible to get out. The room itself wasn’t high quality, and the stove barely worked. The decor looked thrown together, and cheap furniture, still not equating to the high deposit.
