We took a girls golf trip and 12 of us enjoyed the house. It was nicely remoldeled and a short distance to where our golf and pickleball were located. It is located in an older neighborhood that needs some love and the driveway/parking was tricky. The kitchen and living areas were great for our group.
The home was exactly as advertised. Loved having bathrooms on every floor and everyone had their own bed. Seven moms visiting our sons at UC. Had all the boys to the house with plenty of space to entertain, eat, drink and party games. Easy off street parking. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.
We were in town for Xavier's Graduation - kids, parents, grandparents - lots of space to hang out. Parking was a challenge - the space behind the house is good for smaller cars but was a little too tight for my full size Yukon.
The owner was great to talk with. They even sent over new baking dishes/bowls for us during our stay. Very accommodating.
This is the most beautiful, old home. It has very nice updates but still some of the old charm with simple decor. Lots of parking to accommodate all of our cars (4 in the back but could have gotten 5). We had more than enough space in the house for our group of 13. The location was perfect. Less than a 10 minute Uber ride to all of the places we wanted to go. It's an old neighborhood so it seems sketchy but it's not. A few more pots and pans, baking dishes and cooking utensils would of been nice but we made it work. Overall, we would definitely stay in this house again.
Our party of 12 loved this house! There was plenty of space for everyone to gather together on the main floor, and loved how many lottle beds there were so nobody had to share. We were able to park almost all of our cars behind the house, and there was lots of space for street parking. We loved how close we were to downtown, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house had everything we needed in it, plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone, and we didn't have an issues with getting ready with how many bathrooms there are and the extra mirrors in some of the rooms. Our only problem with the house was some of the cleanliness. The floors were so dirty, we had to wear socks/slippers or else we would need to clean our feet off because they're turn brown. There was also a ton of pet hair around the house on the floors. The garbage can had old food in it under the trash bags. A lot of wall fixtures (toilet paper holders, towel racks) were wiggling like they'd fall off the wall, if they weren't dangling already. The bedding and linens were all clean! Overall we really enjoyed this house, but the place needs a good deep clean.
Great house for a group, loved having 3 bathrooms. easy access to Cincinnati only 40 min to the Ark encounter. very clean and beds were comfortable. plenty of parking.
We had a nice stay in this house. House was very clean and communication with the host was terrific. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for two families and lots of towels (yay!). Kitchen was large but needed a couple more pots and pans to make cooking for a larger group easy. House is very conveniently located and the off-street parking was easy to use.
This property was amazing and we had such a blast.
Very close to everything near the UC campus.
Property manager was excellent. We had a medical issue while we were there and he worked with us to make our stay fantastic.
Will for sure stay here again in the future.
This was a great size house for a weekend business meeting/getaway. Plenty of room, large table, and the Television was large enough for us to see our documents. If we do this again, we will book here.
We booked this so that all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen would have a place to stay/get ready at. It was amazing! Large, spacious, great lighting/aesthetic, great communication with the owner. It was magical and perfect. Highly recommend booking here!!
Great place all 7 of us had our own comfortable bed. Getting ready was easy with 3 bathrooms, close to downtown where we went to Montgomery Inn boathouse, Taft theater, Vie Vent in Fountain Square, Findlay Market and Mount Adams city view tavern. We will be back. Felt comfortable and safe.
Accommodated our family of 5 and both sets of grandparents well. Stairs a bit tricky for the older folks though. Neighborhood appears a bit suspect but ended up being fine. Driveway a bit difficult to navigate too. Overall, we enjoyed hanging out together in the spacious living room and kitchen.
This is a very nice updated property. Very clean and spacious. I had a total of 8 adults. This house could easily accomodate more. Although I gave the overall experience and property five stars, I only have one mention. The upper bedrooms were extremely hot (there were several days with 90 plus degree days). The window air conditioning should have been turned on earlier that day since there were expected guests. Overall I absolutely love this property. I would highly recommend and most definitely stay again.
