• This home is a sister unit to the unit downstairs, Queen City Suites 1. Guests may see other guests of the building coming and going. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combined unit, Queen City Suites, composed of both apartments.

• This home is equipped with 2 external security cameras: (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the walkway into the street as well as a partial view of the street, and (2) located on the side of the building and actively monitoring the walkway along the back of the home as well as the back of the home.

• Long-term stays allowed.
