Great place, great neighborhood!

Stayed here while on a business trip. The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. The neighborhood is so nice as well. Great if you walk/run any. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

This is a comfortable apartment with everything you need even for an extended stay. The neighborhood is lovely and great for walking plus convenient to Cincinnati. The host is wonderful, and very accommodating. I would definitely return again.

This location is central to everything we needed, 10-15 min away from Kroger, fast food, attractions 20 min away. Clean apartment, has ac and provided towels, linens and we had a stove/microwave for cooking

Without writing a novel; I highly recommend this place to my grandmother, mother, and everyone I care about! Owner, Darrick, is a great communicator, and really went over the top for us when we had issues with our travels! We’ll definitely be staying here again! Quaint neighborhood

My stay was pleasant. I stayed there alone, as a woman, and felt company at ease and safe. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. Close enough to Cincinnati, but far enough out to relax away from city. Parking is always a concern of mine and parking wasn't an issue here, I parked in the street and there was ample spaces available.

Decent place and location with a fair price price, on an affordable busget.

I've stayed twice on visits to see family. I can vouch the a/c works in September and the heat works in November. Easy access, good communication. You will hear any upstairs neighbors, but it's like that in the older homes, and just part of apartment life. Very fair price on a budget since I needed to make 2 trips from TX within 2 mos.

Property is in good conditions, and pictures are accurate. Bed is comfortable, and Darrick even put in a pole lamp in the living room to improve the lighting there. Location is excellent, and area is walkable and near good restaurants. No issues.

Ohio Vacation

Derrick was a super host. He met us and informed of us for TV, locking door, etc. Kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed to prepare meals for my family. We most certainly recommend this property and will certainly come back to stay here when we visit our family in Lockland.
