Nothing at all to dislike. Great facility - the staff always friendly and helpful. Patty was especially lovely - booked me a downstairs room before I even asked (I am quite lame), and knew my voice from my few stays there! Everyone there is courteous - I always feel welcomed.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Plenty of free parking. The hotel was located in a nice area. Unfortunately the building was a bit wore down, and we killed two roaches in our room.

Very run down, wallpaper peeling, head board was on floor behind bed, and water leaks in lobby. However, the pool was nice. No hot tub, covered by a wood platform. Needs major updates.

Happy overall. Don't let other bad reviews scare you away. Very nice place actually, for the price. The room we got was great! Had a few flaws, yes. Any issue we had, the staff went above and beyond to help us out, they were very sweet. They do need to step up their maintenance issues, but overall, I'd def go back.

I will start with the good! The room was clean no bugs in my room no bugs in my bed!! That's the only good thing lol! The elevator smelled like urine it was horrible!! The elevator was broken two times when we left we had to carry everything down the stairs because elevator was broken again!! The ice machine was broken on the second floor the laundry room was closed! I did see cockroaches in the hallway but not in my room!!! No breakfast like it says was provided to have the area for it but it was closed!! The pool had so much chlorine it burned our eyes!!! Are key cards did not work for the pool or the gym You had to constantly ask them to let you in!! Most of the staff was pretty friendly!! Had no issue with getting my deposit back!!

It was a fine stay

Staff was helpful and friendly. They are at the start of a complete remodel so the current price reflects that. I bet it’s going to be great after they are done.

Check in was easy, room was clean, bed & pillows were nice. The toilet had a small issue, almost didn’t flush at one point. My biggest complaint was the fridge being on the work desk. It was rusty and so intrusive to the space I planned to do work at. I hated it being there, and there were no outlets available at the desk. The parking became pretty scarce after a certain time, and my key didn’t work on the side entrances, so that was inconvenient. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
