You will hardly find a more agreeable old/historic home. It has been fully rehabbed and still has the full charm of its original looks, plus the modern convenience of this unique property. It's a short drive to downtown Cincinnati, and very close to other important and trendy neighborhoods such as Indian Hill, Oakley, Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, Mt. Adams, Columbia Tusculum, etc. Only 30 mins away from Kings Island.
Relaxed in the living room or outside patio (outdoor furniture only provided May-Oct.), have friends/relatives over for a get-together, sleep comfortably, and stay close to everything in this perfect location.
You will love the colors and style, the kitchen, furniture, light brightness and spaces.
All you need is to bring your clothes and personal items, and enjoy!
Perfect for groups or families of up to 8-9 people.
Grill, DVD, Smart TV...no videogames and no cable TV.

Great place & location for the Flying Pig Marathon.
We had a great stay to support our son running in the Flying Pig Marathon. Great location and close to the halfway point in the marathon. The owner David was easy to reach and responsive if you needed anything. We would stay again. The DeMartini Family

Family Easter
We had a wonderful Easter weekend in Cincinnati! The house was perfect for us and we were able to bring our dog because the yard is fenced. Beautiful and spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

Home away from home
This is the second time we have stayed in this house. We have family in Cincinnati and this place has truly become our "Home away from home." Although this historic house has all the charm of days gone by, like fireplaces in every room, it still boasts every modern amenity. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and provide everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Thank you, David, for sharing your lovely home with us once again. We hope to return in the future.

Family visit to cinci
Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to host our relatives and bring everyone together. Nice back yard for the littles to run around and play. Great location , easy to get downtown. Safe cute neighborhood. Property owner easy to communicate with. We will stay again next time we visit.

Pros and Cons
Pro- This house is beautiful and I will definitely stay here again when we come into town. It was very clean and the living room has a nice open floorplan and a huge kitchen. It was also a great location and pretty much a half hour to anywhere we wanted to go. The backyard was also great because it is a large fenced in area where kids can play! Con-there is a train track nearby, and the train comes at approximately 1 AM and 3 AM every morning! It is incredibly loud and woke us up every night.
