The Space:
Experience comfort in this intimate 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, featuring a kitchen equipped with essential cooking amenities. Rest peacefully in the queen bed and unwind in the living room adjacent to a well-appointed full bathroom, complete with provided soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. Indulge in the luxury of freshly laundered bed linens and bathroom towels after each guest. Convenient street parking awaits, along with a shared parking space at the rear for all guests' use.
Well-behaved dogs (no cats) are welcome, for an additional fee of $50 per pet. Please clean up after your pet's waste from the ground.

Guest Access:
Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
Well-behaved dogs (no cats) are welcome, for an additional fee of $50 per pet. Please clean up after your pet's waste from the ground.
