About this property

Historic Flat - 2 minutes from Cincinnati

  • Enjoy your home away from home in this historic home. This location is minutes away from MainStrasse entertainment district's restaurants, bars and boutiques. I am blocks away from the Ohio river. Walks along the river give you beautiful views of Cincinnati and make it convenient to reach its many dining, sporting museums and other cultural attractions. Also in the "neighborhood", Newport on the Levee and the Aquarium.
    The space
    This spacious 2nd floor flat has its own private entrance on Greenup Street. It has a fully equipped Kitchen with a refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig. Cookware, as well as dishes and flatware are provided. Coffee, tea, and oatmeal are provided, as well as condiments.
    Guest access
    Guests have their own private entrance via an electronic key pad. The 4 digit code will be provided prior to your arrival. You will have use of the entire apartment. No locals accepted as guest at this property all guest must have an ID on file including an address of at least 50 miles of zip code 41011
