"Perfect stay. We went to Kings Island so I called and told them we would be a late check in. We arrived after midnight with no issues at all. They even gave us ketchup and utensils because our food order left them out. Everything was clean and comfortable and will stay again!"

"This was a very nice property and the staff were great. I asked for mutiple items the first night and they were very prompt and kind about it, I did the room with the lights outside of it, which were pretty, but they had automatic blackout curtains that made it so you could sleep. Room and bed were very comfortable, everything was very clean and in good shape. Only negative was there was a wedding event downstairs that was loud but they cut the music at 10, so no biggie (last song was Journey, "Don'y stop believin'," always a good choice to end an event with). I was suprised by how many great resturants were around the area."

"The front desk was nice and helpful her name is Brittany. The managers can use a little finesse when dealing with guests sometimes they can come off a little strong I guess it’s just a personality but if your working as a customer manager you should adjust your attitude to be more a little friendly and not come off as a bit abrasive."

"I was in town for a conference, which took place at the Graduate. My room was very clean, which means a lot to me. I asked for extra towels and a couple of other items and the gentleman who delivered them to my room was very professional and friendly. The staff at the bar in the lobby were also great!"

"Very well maintained old style hotel - I dis not appreciate the bartender who made me feel very unwelcomed going so far as having my meal provided to me in a bag when I never said I wanted it to take away - when the mistake was delivered, he did nothing to rectify nor apologize - he could have brought me a plate! - instead he hid. I have never been treated this badly and it was after I had paid and tipped -"
