"Excellent location next to the port. All staff were fantastic and friendly, the receptionist who checked us in was wonderful. Free parking but a bit hair raising getting up the slope. Breakfast was plentiful and I enjoyed the variety. The roof top bar was superb and the cocktails were amazing!! The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated in places but renovations were on going. Both pools were fab as well. I would stay here again."

"Never got to stay. They cancelled my booking one day before arrival. They didn’t cancel the booking so it still showed as active in Hotels.com system leading me to believe they would have been happy to keep my money for not staying and causing me a lengthy change process to verify with hotels.com.
