Staff are very friendly and polite, room was very nice and very clean, bathroom was very nice and so was the shower, but the glass door and curtain that only closed halfway for the bathroom door was a bit strange, and I was unaware that a fridge was an extra deposit, but didn’t need it anyway. Overall a pretty nice hotel.

I thought each room had a kitchen as when you are looking for this hotel. The first photo that pops up,is the kitchen. I will need at least three pages to describe the bad experience. I will resume in 6 words. DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE.

My stay was a nightmare since they stole my car in the property. It’s been a hassle since then since I don’t have a vehicle, I’ll my long is worth there. Computers phones everything. I don’t think this is a safe place to someone to stay for me I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Not much to complain about other than the strong air freshener scent in the office and rooms. It's overwhelming for someone with a sensitive nose. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and the facility was clean and functional. The USB-A "charging" port was not just an isolated charging port, so beware.

The hotel desk was very nice and offered champagne or water upon check in. The room was on the smaller end, but had the necessities. This place is located not in the best area, but it was fine for an overnight stay.

Hotel is honestly very nice and clean and very modern. Had some problems checking in that kind of ruined the experience but was fixed. They needed to double charged my card and it was then resolved but took a bit. Wait time was maybe 20-30 minutes.

Very cute rooms but super small. You need a key to activate the power btw. Theres decent lighting and warm shower water. Slept like a baby but if you stay too long the deodorizing scent goes away. Free breakfast and late check out for VIPs .!

Overall we got what we needed. A good nights sleep at a good price. The restroom and room itself looks modern and very detailed so that was a plus. The walkways and elevator look dirty and the site where it’s at is in a weird part of town with a lot of homeless. The staff were nice and helpful. Rooms are awesome but need to clean up around the walkways and elevators.
