Friendly hotel staff. Room is ok for the price. Was disturbed by noisy karaoke from next door(not hotel) and couldnt sleep.

Bilik paling hujung, paling, bawah, tombol water heater rosak, bilik berpuaka, beberapa kali barang terjatuh tanpa sebab. Ganggu masa tidur

Terima kasih kerana memilih Gold Star Hotel.Pihak kami meminta maaf atas kesulitan yang berlaku kepada encik.Kami memaparkan gambar2 hotel mengikut jenis2 bilik hotel kami.Iaitu kami mempunyai Family Quad,Triple Quad dan standard twin.Dan untuk pengetahuan encik bilik yang mempunyai tingkap hanyalah bilik Family Quad dan bukannya bilik standard.Pihak kami tidak akan sesekali menipu pelanggan kami.Sekali maaf di atas kesulitan yang berlaku dan terima kasih atas respon daripada encik.

Worst stay ever
On the site was advertised ad queen bed but it was 2 single bed joined together, can you image how silly that was? Can't switch off AC, remote not working. Windows not sound proofed. Ceiling fan remote also not working. Toilet is dirty, no ventilation. For those who do late check-out, be careful, even you are 1 second late, you'll be charges full day after 4pm

Hotel should provide parking for customers. For 4nights stay i got 3tickets from authorities. Soo stress.

standard room has no window, but is the entire place is very sweet and local. the staff is correct, friendly and helpful
