Toilet seat not tight, no extra toilet paper provided, shower drain was flooding over, bathroom could be a lot cleaner - inside shower floor & wall of sink was dirty and cup. Texted issues first evening I was there, they didnt respond...

Staff was amazing getting a room arranged and let us move our stuff in right away! Sophia was very helpful with her explanation upon arrival and was great during check out.
