The pictures doesn't do this property Justice! Beautiful and amazing views, very clean the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for a nice getaway quiet and peaceful. I will be staying again!

Christiansted King Suite

Overall, the property was great! It had all we needed for our stay and it was in a safe nice gated community. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. We never received the gate code so there was confusion upon checking in. Also, the water in the shower had poor pressure and only got somewhat warm even after running for 20 minutes or so. Otherwise, the place was very nice with great views of the island and ocean. Hoda was helpful and responsive to our messages.

Gated community, great view and extremely clean!

Getting to this studio was a bit challenging if using Google maps. If using MAPS use Apple Maps and you will drive to the right gate. Once we figured this out it was no problem. Mona was extremely helpful and the studio spotless. It smelled fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding high end. They offer lots of fresh towels and beach towels along w a big beach bag. They also offer coffee pods cream sugar and lemonade packs. There were cards, dominos Jenga and backgammon. I would give the place a 4 star only because the shower water was a wee bit cold, it never seemed to warm up. If I could suggest one thing to add it would be beach chairs.

Honest rating

Beautiful view, clean, and comfortable bed. No hot water, not even warm water. I tried several times to email the host and after 4 days I gave up. If you are seriously looking for a place that you can have an actual kitchen, this is not the place as there is no place to cook except a microwave. We had to plug the toaster and coffee pot in the bathroom. Any dishes we used had to be washed in the bathroom sink in cold water. Very quiet until the gardeners showed up fairly early and the last night above us was crazy loud stomping. There is also a cat that hangs out at the door so be prepared it you are ok with cats. Unfortunately it was my own lack of checking to realize the kitchen was more like a hotel room. We are not picky but it was frustrating not to get any response from the owner except that they were having trouble with the hot water heater. Had they notified me before we traveled so far I could have had time for other arrangements. Understanding that St. Croix is remote and lack of resources can be difficult to get.

Overall the property and area are very nice. The house is in a nice gated community and convenient to downtown Christiansted boardwalk, shops & restaurants with just a short 5 minute drive. The studio was very nice and clean, with other nice offerings like a prepped beach bag and a soft cooler to use for your adventures around the island. The one and only reason I am not giving it 5 stars across the board was the shower. The shower is a beautiful walk in tiled shower, but we took very COLD showers with very little water pressure every morning. I contacted the owner and she first stated to just let it run longer. The next morning, we let it run for 5-10 minutes with the same result. When I contacted her again about it, she said she was sorry and that it has been an ongoing issue that she is trying to get resolved, but no luck. I was very cordial every time I texted her, but frustrated that this was a known issue that hadn't been communicated or resolved. I was kind of surprised that she didn't a least offer to reimburse us something, but she did not offer and I did not ask. We talked again after check out and she said the plumbers were there to work on it again. Hopefully that is true, because it is really the only flaw of this rental property.

We have vacationed in St. .Croix each of the last ten years. This stay was by fr the best location with panoramic views of Christiansted harbor all the way to Point Udall. The villa was nicely furnished and the host very pleasant.
