Charming Property on Water's Edge
The Cotton House checked all the boxes. Right on the water, across from Buck Island, so you hear the waves and breezes constantly. Neat little lawn area w safe stabel steps gently sloping to the ocean.
A/C worked great in all rooms, including Living Room. Very well stocked w coffee and all paper products amd clothes washing detergents.
One TV (in Living Room). Two of the three rooms have sea views. Beautiful, deep balcony across the entire back of the house, over the pool deck below. All furniture was maintianed. Pool is large and well maintianed. Kitchen large enough for two cooks at a time.
10 minutes to Christiansted.
This home was perfect for a famiky or group of 6. Plenty of space. Multiple levels to spread out. Beautiful outdoor spaces.
