Escape from the world!!

Quiet East End with Personal Touch
The Chois were fabulous hosts always available but never in our “space.” The Pirate House has an even better view than the photos show. Indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy them as well as spots that are shady and sunny at any time of the day. We enjoyed the breezes all night (in March) and never even bothered with the AC. Jin and SuynLee took us on the best snorkeling excursion we’ve ever had, treated us to sushi and other amazing food by chef Jin, and he mesmerized us and our 16yo with brain teasers and magic tricks. One of the furthest East places you can stay so don’t miss stargazing at Pt Udall!

Kristen family are awesome group . Husband Jeff is such a gentleman, son Liam is a smart boy, and Kristen is a wise traveling planner. We were really happy with them. They are absolutely fantastic guests. We highly recommend them to other VRBO hosts.

A quiet corner of Paradise
A beautiful view and a roomy, quiet, safe, and clean lodging. Jin and his wife are attentive and helpful hosts. We never used a/c during our February stay because we were able to leave screened windows open and enjoy the steady breeze. We would happily stay here again if possible.

Respite
The views were outstanding. I would suggest a pair of binoculars. Remember to bring beach towels as they are not supplied. Also, you may want to consider bringing a JBL speaker for music. If you like to read at night be sure and include a book light. It is a perfect condo for two families with a bedroom and bath on either side of the kitchen. The closest beach is an easy 20 minute walk down but remember with the fabulous views it is a bit more of a strenuous walk coming back up to condo. Host was very accommodating when I asked for use of beach chairs. He also supplied a lovely meal of fresh sushi!

Lyn and her brother Berry were great guests. They were friendly with good communication. Lyn liked to exercise and walk to beach. They kept house very clean. I would gladly host them again.

We've been to St.Croix many times but this was our first time staying on the east end. Jin was a wonderful host and pointed out a few snorkel spots that we hadn't tried before (Jack Bay via a short hike from the west side, off the beach by the Divi resort and Boiler Bay from Cramer Park Beach). Jin and his wife prepared and shared picnic lunches with my wife and I at Cain Bay and Cramer Park. They also guided us on a snorkel at the Frederiksted pier, pointing out turtles and an eagle ray. Recommend to stay with Jin, to enjoy his wonderful sushi and the best view in St Croix!

Amazing Host, Views, and Stay
Jin and his wife are gracious and welcoming hosts. My husband and I enjoyed staying at their property. Jin met us at a local establishment the first day and showed us the way to their home. He provided a tour of the property which is expanse, well cared for and an amazing vista of buck island, on clear days, st thomas, and st john as well as Christiansted, st croix. Jin loves to make sushi and was generous and shared a meal of sushi for both of us. He even remembered our allergies. Jin offered to show us snorkeling sites, however this trip our schedule didn't have time planned for snorkeling, but we plan to catch up with Jin on our next trip to the island for snorkeling and my husband is looking forward to a visit to dive together. Memorable stay at Jin's house and recommend to others. Thank you for an amazing stay! Beverly & Rich

Highly recommend
Owners were great to work with. View was perfect for my wife and I. Two of our favorite things from the island were in view from the deck, buck island and the St Croix castle. Very quiet and private, with gated entrance. Just a lovely place for anyone who enjoys St Croix!

Just right
The property was as described and perfect for two friends on island for a weekend. Jin was very friendly and accessible the whole time we were there. He also makes outstanding sushi! Only thing to be aware, there are many stairs to deal with that might be a problem for some.

Lovely Property
Grapetree has the best views hands down. Sunsets are fantastic. The breezes all night long are amazing. Our hosts were lovely people. The beautiful cactus by the patio has hummingbirds in it. The friendly neighborhood cat, Pedro, will be missed. Beautiful spot.

Amazing location. Amazing host.
Our host was amazing. He gave us tours, made an amazing meal, and just took a real interest in our family. The home was clean and comfortable, but the location was absolutely magical. If you don't mind being on the quieter east end and having a 20 minute ride to Christiansted, this is a fantastic VRBO rental.

Reybert couple and Israel couple were great guests. They were communicable and friendly. They left the place very clean. Unfortunately Reyber's flight was cancelled from St Thomas to St Croix. It caused one day short stay in St Croix. I hope they will come back St Croix again to enjoy the nice weather, and explore the Island.

Oh what the eyes can see
Let’s start with the view, absolutely amazing. Jin and his beautiful wife have a most special place and we got to share it with them. The east end of the island rolling hills and views of the water left us smiling so much. The quiet air. Jin knows much of the history and places available. They made us their wonderful sushi, which is well know in the area. So many good things to say. This VRBO is so worth the stay. Thank you so much Choi’s, our smile continues and our hearts are full.

Amazing Views!
We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. The views from everywhere in the house are spectacular. The hosts were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy Hosting! They took us snorkeling at the pier and made us sushi that was delicious. You have the whole bottom floor of the house and it has a sperate entrance and a nice patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we made quite a few meals. Great water pressure in the shower! This is a GREAT place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Meggie, John, and their daughter Ella were wonderful guests. They were friendly and smart. They seemed exploring the island in a well planned way since they visited many other islands in the past. Ella brought the music instruments here. We enjoyed listening when she played her Saxophone and Clarinet. I hope they were well rested and rejuvenated. They also kept the place in perfect shape. Breathtaking views
My husband and & I stayed here for the second half of our visit to the USVI, wish we had stayed here the whole time!! Our ferry was late arriving & Jin was kind enough to meet us at Divi Casino so we wouldn't get lost in the dark! I can't say enough about the exceptional hospitality of Jin & Sung Lee. They made us feel like family. Their property is beautiful with spectacular views & natural breezes. No air conditioning necessary, no matter the time of day. The property has everything you need for meal prep. The coolers were a nice bonus for beach hopping. Jin was spot on with snorkeling & restaurant recommendations. His sushi was awesome too! Can't wait for our next visit. We'll be back for sure!

Large beautiful apartment on top of the hill
My husband and I stayed in Jin's place for a week. It was a very pleasant experience. Jin is very warm and took us to snorkeling the following day at Cane Bay beach. Jin and his wife are very attentive to our needs. Jin is known as "Sushi Chef" on the island and we loved the sushi treat they gave us when we arrived. The apartment is very spacious with four large windows of beautiful sea view. We have so much space to move around and the kitchen has everything you need. If you rent a car, make sure you'll pin Jin's address on your JPS. We got lost when we drove back from dinner the first night our cells signal dropped on the way up to the hill and the JPS rerouted to the wrong direction. Luckily we were very close to his place and got back fine with the help of his friendly neighbors. People are very nice here and you will have a wonderful time in Jin's place the island. Don't forget to go to the crab race on the board walk: Tito and Sue Crab Race. It was so much fun. Oh, we won the first prize - Buck Island Tour!

Fantastic view
The views were fantastic. Jin and his wife are very friendly. They stay above you in the house so they're right on site if you need anything. They showed us some local sites and great tips on restaurants. This place is a bit of a drive from Christiansted, but the views more than make up for the trip. No need for A/C with the ocean breeze. We enjoyed our stay.

Peace and quiet on a mountaintop
This was a beautiful property high on a hill overlooking the ocean in two directions. It was calm and quiet and peaceful and we didn’t use the air conditioner or the fans once. Jin his wife helped us with whatever we needed, took us hiking and to a local beach. A very spacious accommodation with easy parking. We would definitely go again.

Great View
If you are looking for a great view of Buck Island and just seeing the ocean. This is the place for you. Cool breezes at night. You are really close to Point Udall and Cramer's park which are both beautiful. Mr. Jin and his wife were amazing hosts! So nice, took us on a tour and provided amazing sushi to us and our friends.

A Perfect View, Great Location on the East Side
The views were stunning–during sunrise, sunset and inbetween! My family and I enjoyed many breakfast meals on the West deck watching the sunrise and evening meals/drinks on the vast North and East deck. The hosts were wonderful, excellent communication–check in and out were very easy. He showed us some of his favorite spots on the East side of the island, suggested some wonderful places to go elsewhere. And even made our family a spread of sushi one evening! This was our first visit to the island and our host contributed highly to the success and great memories. We will defiantly be back-thank you Jin!

Amazing getaway
Jin was very communicative with us throughout the entire time leading up to and during our stay. The house overlooks the beach and is so amazing for photos. Two Queen beds in each room gave us ample room for all of us. Our flight in was delayed and Jin brought us snacks to tide us over until morning. He is a wonderful host and I will definitely be back and rent this property again.

As Described !! The View was Amazing
We loved this place. All 6 of us was blown away by the beauty of this house. The view was phenomenal! Jin and his wife were excellent host. The nightly breeze was awesome, we had no need for a/c and the view of the ocean every morning was AMAZING. Absolutely recommend this place. But and yes there is a but in there, if you have a fear of heights this place is not for you.

Forever View
Top of the hill private property with lots of space. The setting provides a panoramic view of the ocean, skies, sunrise, sunset, rainbows, and Buck Island. Lovely Trade Winds sweep through the house. This is a great comfortable getaway house. Jin was a good host, available if needed.

Breath taking view!
Jin was an extremely hospitable host. Their property is very tranquil and beautiful. Waking up in the morning with a cup of coffee and taking in the view of Buck Island and the Caribbean Sea was breath taking. Jin and his wife made sure everything was to our expectations and Jin was eager to meet any of our needs. His sushi was delicious and knowledge of the island was very helpful. We enjoyed our snorkeling excursion with Jin and his wife along with their home cooked meal on the last day of our trip. Best View On the Island!
We had an amazing stay! The view was Phenomenal overlooking buck island. The property was private, we only needed 2 bedrooms so had the entire first floor and kitchen to ourselves. Very spacious, lots of windows to enjoy the view, breezy with everything we needed for our stay. Jin was an amazing host, very welcoming and generous with his home and knowledge of the island. This will be our goto spot everytime we visit St.Croix. What a beautiful spot!

Aviles family were fantastic guests. They had great communication, super friendly, polite and respectful. I'm very glad they were able to stay and enjoy the place. I really enjoyed their visit and meeting them. They also left the place very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them to other VRBO hosts. They are welcome back anytime!

Nice privet apartment over looking Buck island million dollar view! Breezy, quiet and spacious! Welcoming and friendly host! Serving delicious home made sushi! Locatad close to the few different beaches and Point Udall 5 minutes away.
