"Beautiful property very well managed. Communication was easy. We had a masseuse which was very good along with a private chef Walter who was very charming and cooked excellent food. The air con is very good and lots of different shaded areas outside meant the heat was not a problem. Hot tub was great additional feature. Highly recommend and hope we can go back again sometime."

"Cannot say enough good things. Beautiful grounds, helpful staff, solid restaurant, even the wine and olive oil they make on site is good. Pro tip: book one of the two freestanding villas. You get two floors and your own private terrace where they’ll set up a table for dinner for you if you like."

"Beautiful stay here. Restaurant was fantastic and they prepared special dishes to meet our vegetarian needs. Buffet breakfast with fresh cappuccinos was wonderful. Room was impeccably clean with daily cleaning service. This was our second time here and we are hoping to return to this authentic Tuscany resort. You will likely not find a better place to stay at in Tuscany."

"We had a wonderful week at this villa with our family of 21! The photos accurately reflect the beautiful home and pool area. From the moment we drove down the long, cypress lined driveway to the villa, we knew this was a very special place! We ordered the breakfast, which we all enjoyed and the woman who prepared it was great. Having nice bathrooms adjoining every well-sized bedroom was a luxury not found often in Europe. The beds were high quality. I worried about the AC, but I was pleasantly surprised that it worked exceptionally well in all rooms, including the bedrooms on the 4th floor. I was also surprised to learn there was a daily charge for the AC—but well worth it in July! The kitchen was well equipped, including two large refrigerators needed for a large family. A good sized grocery is nearby. Jacopo and Alice were super responsive to any minor issue we had. Their recommendations for excursions were excellent. We ordered two meals at the villa and they were beautifully prepared and served by pleasant staff. In brief, this was a great find that I would highly recommend! Everyone in our large, international family from the US, Iceland, and France loved it."

"Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war super aufgeteilt, das beste ist natürlich der Privatpool. Jede Menge Platz. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich direkt gekümmert wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Sonstiges. Wir würden wieder kommen."

"If you are looking for a secluded, quiet Tuscany villa, don't hesitate to book Le Anfore. The grounds are gorgeous, our room was very clean with good air conditioning and plenty of towels. We even discovered a mini fridge on the second day tucked into the tv cabinet. Breakfast included freshly baked (filled) croissants, muffins, hard boiled eggs, fruit, meats, cheese, yogurt and a few other things. Just enough to get you going for the day. We also ate two dinners in the property, which were quite good. The property produces its own wine, olive oil and bottled water, which were all delicious. We ate all our meals under a stunning natural canopy that you need to see in person. The pool and deck chairs are lovely and we spent a long morning enjoying them after our walk to a beautiful waterfall tucked away in the forest (ask for directions as the sign is not helpful). Overall, staying at Le Anfore was the highlight of our trip in Italy. We received such good care from Sergei, Julia and especially Yves, who was always eager to share his knowledge about the property and many other topics. Some comments about staff not speaking English are perfectly accurate, but why should we expect everyone in the world to know English? We managed to communicate with everyone working there through a combination of our limited Italian, German, French, English, some hand gestures and a smile. There was also a resident cat named Princess and the cutest puppy named Luna, who made our day!"

"The property was beautiful and I loved sitting by the pool and enjoying the scenery. The owners go out of their way to help you anyway they can and cook delicious breakfast and serve it on the terrace where you can enjoy the scenery more. It was the perfect place to slow down and relax in between touring big cities in Italy. My husband and I both agree that next trip we will plan a longer stay in Chiusi and stay here again."
