It is a newly renovated hotel and has been an Accor hotel for a year now. Very nice and modern room. Sadly, the work desk/table is too dark. There is a lamp but it is not like when you get clear light. Staff were friendly. I checked out at 4:30am so was not able to check out the breakfast.

Very nice hotel, conveniently situated, great breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing is they need to work on the smell coming from the toilet. We stayed there twice within a week and both times we had the same issue. It's a shame since we really liked the hotel.

HK needs always push forwarding ... actualy really sucks ! Breakfasat is poor and way expensive for this class hotel of Moldova standarts ! Great location though

The front desk staff were always lovely in helping me get to my meetings and arranging my taxi needs. The hotel is nice and well priced if you are looking for a decent stay for a business trip or short vacation in Chisinau. I had a weird run in with house keeping barging in one morning but otherwise the dtay was pleasant.

At my arrival they have déclared that my room was canceled ..so fortunately . They found me a room in another hotel and i paid it myself.. not the same level…expédia never canceled my trip ..so the hotel lied to me may j’en because they overbooked room and sold mine at a better price..I Will never come back to this hotel in chisinau

Well price, nice hotel. More attention to detail would be good. Curtains didn't fit the window and kept falling off the rails. Breakfast could be better. More choice and more substantial would be nice, but that is just an English culture thing..
