"When i got to the address it took a while 15 mins to locate the cabin, a local lady helped me find the sun-bleached signs by the entrance, she told me go straight back on the road and there it was. I could tell by looking around it was not clean. I cleaned the outhouse and swept the floor in the cabin. Overall it was quite and comfortable . Needs a table and chairs .Jerry"

"Great house with enough space for a large group to sleep and play comfortably. Great location, we used the community pool and could walk to antlers! Water is pretty intense well water so we brought our own to drink. I would say that is the most inconvenient thing but otherwise a fantastic stay and we will be back! "

"Lovely place to bring the family! Rest and relaxation! Rented the pontoon for our stay and loved every minute on the water—fishing and cruising along! Did a casino night at Soaring Eagle and hiked the trails at Deer Park Nature Park. House was picture perfect and had everything we needed! Will definitely be back!! "

From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and inviting. The location couldn’t be better! Not far from the stunning Sleeping Bear Dunes and the charming Fishtown, we found ourselves perfectly positioned to explore the beauty of the area. Our visit on July 11th, 2025, was quite warm, so we were especially grateful to step into a cool, air-conditioned haven upon our arrival. It was the perfect respite from the summer heat! Everything about our stay was fantastic, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming place to unwind, we highly recommend The Cabbage. "We stayed 2 nights in a queen room upstairs over the 4th July weekend. The bedwas clean and comfortable the bathroom was fine. We used the pool and the hot-tub which was good also. Some areas are looking like they need attention but overall the price was right for the offering. Breakfast was good with some healthy options."
