Given the following circumstances:
a) I DID NOT BOOK MY HOLIDAY THROUGH HOMEAWAY
b) I have been charged a "Service Fee" of £40.80 when I have NOT RECEIVED any service.
c) I am still waiting for a refund of the "Service Fee" despite several communications by phone and email.
d) I have had no reply to my letter to Homeaway of 20th October.
I would be grateful if Homeaway could explain what logical process or what stretch of the imagination has led someone to the conclusion that I am in a position to write a review. However, given the lack of satisfaction to all my previous communications I am not holding my breath waiting for a reply.
