"The hotel is very unique in its design and has beautiful views. Food service is very slow but food is excellent. Staff is nice but it's hard to communicate in English. The most disappointing feature was the hot tub. Jet pressure is very low, you hardly feel it. The tub is also very deep so you can't see the beautiful views, only when you stand up. Bummer. "

"The house maid that took care of the apartment was excellent and the apartment was clean. The apartment did not meet the description on the advert. The apartment didn't have the washing machine that was advertised. The apartment was noisy, music playing till 2 am, dogs barking in the property next door, people talking loudly in the alley beside the apartment. The noise didn't bother me but I think it is important for other people to know what to expect. "

"We were at this property for 6 nights. The bathroom sink was leaking and they didn't fix it for 4 days. Hot water in the shower was a major problem. We had to call the front desk many times to fix it. And once we got the hot water the temperature kept fluctuating and water pressure kept changing. I burned myself the 1st day because of that. Also, the bed sheets didn't look clean at all and they didn't change it over the 6 days. They changed the towels first 2 days and after that they didn't. The...

"with 4 king sized beds, the house fits many people! we only stayed two nights, but lalo the driver showed us around for three full days, ate dinner at the property, and the garden offered plenty of places to hang out and look at the trout and cows across the creek. we kept warm by a fireplace fed by plenty of firewood at night, and listened to music. there was a tv, which i think we turned on once for our 4 year old daughter. thanks for a great stay!"
