Chilpancingo Dog Park

This place was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, big room. Front desk staff was super friendly. Breakfast was the perfect amount, delivered to our room. I recommend this hotel.

This property is very well maintained and close to downtown Napa (under 12 min drive). This is my second time staying and possibly one of the busiest times. There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues. I was told management would follow up with me and that never happened. I know with these 3 events staffing and customer service can be delayed for the other guests, so I was trying to be understanding but to be ignored and not acknowledge makes me very hesitant to be a continued repeat customer.
