Very nice place, the staff was very attentive. rooms were as expected clean and nice. I had a bit of a confucion with the parking I parcked at a RESERVED spot but I honestly didnt see the sign.

Staff was great, room was very small no suitable for 2 people. The worst part was the WiFi didn’t work at all in our floor, the 18th floor for all three days we were there, which made it very difficult to keep in contact with family outside Chile, specially during Christmas eve and Christmas Days, we were told by staff to come down to the mail lobby, which was not the best option.

Tiny room with even tinier space for closet space. Breakfast ok. Dinner expensive, bland and blah - when asked about veggies in entre priced salad - waiter said only lettuce and tomatoes but no carrots, no onions, etc. Grilled chicken and salmon were good but does not come with anything else! Staff very nice specially Nicholas who spoke English. He was very friendly and helpful.

The doors were closed when we arrived and there was no signs or anything that you had to go around (they don't think?). Lucky the bar in the same building guided me to the other entrance. Same thing regarding elevators to rooms and elevators to parking, NO SIGNS. The worst is the parking garage, dark, no SIGNs at all. You see "Salida" but not arrow on what direction. We almost crash head on with another car that was going down the ramp when we were going up the ramp. We waste so much time trying to figure out the exit from the parking garage. Never again because of terrible garage.

Very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern and the beds have duvets instead of blankets, which we really liked. Nicholas at reception was incredibly helpful and kind when checking us in. First time ever we have had staff speak Dutch to us at a foreign hotel.😍 Only point of improvement would be breakfast, the juice was not fresh but the kind with lots of added sugar and only runny scrambled eggs, no boiled eggs or the option of an omelette. These are minor things and we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
