「Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Küche gebucht. Dafür wurden uns zusätzliche 20$ abverlangt. Als wir ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt, das das Zimmer nicht mehr frei sei und wir stattdessen mit einem Zimmer ohne Küche vorlieb nehmen müssten. Die Differenz konnte nicht ausbezahlt werden, stattdessen wurde uns gesagt wir würden im angrenzenden Restaurant versorgt werden („taken care of“). Nach der Mahlzeit, welche ihren Preis nicht im mindesten wert war, wurden uns 10% der Rechnung erlassen. Beim bezahlen...
