For many years, vacationers have been spending the best time of the year with us in Schützing. A vacation at the Kirchmaier Farm means relaxation surrounded by the nature of idyllic Chiemgau, with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business that offers plenty of adventures—especially for our younger guests—on the farm and with our various animals. Whatever we take on, we do with passion: That’s why we’re currently expanding our vacation farm and setting up new luxury vacation apartments and double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas and a relaxation room, and a cozy farm café for our guests. We’d love to share the unique location of our farm—right on the shores of Lake Chiemsee—with our guests. Families with up to three children will find plenty of space in the luxurious 5-star “Hirschauer Bucht” vacation apartment, which spans two floors. Harmoniously and lovingly furnished down to the last detail, the apartment captivates with its rustic charm. Numerous well-thought-out lighting elements and the skylights on the upper floor ensure plenty of light and a sense of well-being. The luxurious character is rounded out by the elaborately designed wellness bathroom. On the large east-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the countryside, you’ll immediately feel that true vacation vibe.
