This is a great, clean, 2 bedroom house that I just furnished and with all new furniture. There are two new queen sized Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. Before the first stay, I will have both beds setup and some additional furnishings. The house is a 3 minute walk to Enloe Hospital and one mile from Chico State / downtown.

There is another 2 bedroom property on the same lot that is also available for rent on another listing. It is completely separate from this property but can be accessed by a gate that connects the backyards.

Quiet Location close to downtown
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The check in process was very convenient, and the property manager communicated promptly. It has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The only recommendation I have would be to have a few more towels (washcloths on hand:). but other than that, the beds were comfortable and the air worked! We were just a short distance to downtown Chico, but the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe staying here. Would definitely book again.

quiet, convenient, and comfortable
The cottage is just off the street in an ally in a quiet neighborhood about two blocks from Enloe. A nice neighborhood for morning walks. Parking is convenient right in front of the door. The place was clean, all appliances and A/C working as intended, plenty of counter space in the bathroom. TV and wi-fi worked great. Would book again!

Nice clean place in an alley. It served is well and was clean in a good location. No issues other than every clock in every room reads a different time up to 1+ hour difference- probably a ghost, but harmless hahaha

Perfect Location
We traveled from Tennessee to Chico CA to visit our daughter in Chico CA. This home was one block from my daughter. It is also one block from Enloe Medical Hospital. Perfect for traveling nurses. Communication and check-in was so easy. We plan on staying here each time we visit.

Great little place
While I was a little leery when I heard "alley entrance" on it, I couldn't have been more thankful for that and the place. Parking on the street the night we got there was crazy, but with the alley entrance to this place, we had 2 parking spots of our own, came and went as needed and never had to worry about parking! It was a cozy little 2 bed/1bath place that worked great for our stay in the area, it was close to a few differnet food locations, in walking distance, and they were great as well. Highly recommend it and Chris made checkin and getting into the place super easy!
