The Villa Sol, which is situated in Chiclana de la Frontera, overlooks the nearby mountain. The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, fans in the other bedrooms, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart television with streaming services. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a fenced pool, open year-round, a garden, garden furniture, a open terrace, 2 covered terraces, a grill and an outdoor shower.

A nearby restaurant can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot (600m). The next supermarket is 2 minutes away by car (1.4km), while the next café and bar can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car (5km). The beach "Playa de la Cachucha" can be reached in 17 minutes by car (13km). The Jerez Airport can be reached in 30 minutes by car (45km) and the Gibraltar Airport is an hour and a half away by car (110km).

Parties, loud gatherings and people from outside the property are not allowed.

The property has a step-free interior.

The homeowner must be notified, should you wish to check in after midnight.

In order not to disturb the neighbours, it is forbidden to make noise after midnight and until 8 am.

Lovely, spacious and comfortable villa, with great views. The property has all the amenities and facilities you may require, and in good condition. Clean and hygenic. Enough space and privacy for a family of 8. The out door space was fantastic, with a bbq, sun loungers and a kids play area. Great fun and safe for children and pets. The manager was extremely friendly, helpful and accessible. Highly recommend!! Would definitely return!
