"One elevator shaft not working, so delays especially in the morning. Room was in disrepair and generally looked old and in need of a touch up. Elevator shaft was very noisy throughout the night. Complimentary water bottles in hallway was a nice touch."

"Clean room, beautiful view, nice breakfast buffet. Only (minor) complaint was the toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom was broken. But other than that, it was great and we will definitely stay here again when we are in town!"
