The hotel itself was pleasant and comfortable, but my experience was marred by the receptionist's unprofessional behavior. During a chaotic situation with many guests booking rooms due to flight cancellations, the receptionist became visibly upset and yelled at guests. Furthermore, when answering phone calls, he was dismissive and rude, telling callers that they were the 90th person asking the same questions. This behavior was unacceptable and created a stressful atmosphere for guests who were already dealing with travel disruptions. While the hotel has potential, the receptionist's attitude and communication skills need significant improvement to ensure a positive experience for guests.
