If you love Mid-Century Modern decor you will love this apartment. The light-filled main family room and sun porch is the perfect place to recharge after a long day of sightseeing. There are 3 bedrooms and a sofa that pulls out into a queen bed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. A large dining table and functional kitchen means you have the option to cook in or dine out while exploring the city. I provide all the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. Toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens and even coffee and tea!


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will be staying with you.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

9.) Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.

10.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Pictures are exactly as reality. Very spacious 3bdrm priced fairly. Excellent location (not in the HEART of action but close enough)- walking distance to El, coffee shop, restaurants, breweries and boutiques. City parking. Fantastic apartment convenient to L and Lincoln Square
Very clean and welcoming apartment on a quiet street. Short walk to L at Montrose, to Welles Park, and to Lincoln Square. Kitchen is great for family meals. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Weekend in Chicago
We found this property perfect for a weekend getaway with our adult children. The location was great with many things in walking distance and we found nearby parking without a problem. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the heat. Outside of a problem with a broken drawer in the kitchen the unit was great! Clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Great condo in great neighborhood
Condo was very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet street with tons of great stuff within a few short blocks…brown line L, coffee, pizza, pubs, all super close. No complaints at all…very pleased with everything about it.

Great centralized location
This location was perfect for our weekend getaway to Chicago. We were close to public transportation and some delicious eateries. The location itself was clean and spacious for our 7 adults. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We would definitely stay here agajn!

Great visit
The only challenge was navigating the communication between the host, the property manager, and VRBO, especially at the beginning when the code for the apartment door did not work. It was sorted fairly quickly but there was some inconvenience in the meantime. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Everything it said it would be, and more!
LOVED this place, beds were comfortable, place was clean, lots of homey vibe (which is extra nice on business trips), and SO MUCH SPACE! The number of beds and baths belies the amount of both available privacy and shared space. The neighborhood is fantastic, and the host was in constant contact if we needed them for anything, very attentive and prompt. We will absolutely come back to this place every year.
