ターミナル3のバスセンターから無料シャトルで5分ほどですし、コンベンションセンターに連絡通路で行けるので雨や寒くても安心でした。スタバが入っていますし、アウトレットモールが近いので食べる所には困りませんでした。ホテル内のレストランは美味しいですが、料理も飲み物も出てくるのが遅くて、バニラアイスをサービスされました。 部屋は清潔で、お湯も勢いよくでます。飛行機の音は気になりませんでしたが、隣の部屋の声がします。エアコンが壊れて、スタッフに伝えましたが対応してくれませんでした。 空港までのシャトルバスは20分おきに来ます。 ダウンタウンまでは距離がありますが、コンベンションセンター利用でしたら再訪を検討しています。

無料の空港シャトルバスは、Bus/ Shuttle Center と書かれた赤いマークに従って行くと乗り場に辿り着けます。バスはDoor3から20分おき(00, 20, 40発)です。 ホテルは快適です。広さも十分あり、バスタブもあり、朝食も美味しかったです。 ホテルから空港へのシャトルバスも20分おきで、こちらは毎時05, 25, 45に出発します。

空港から近く清潔感のあるホテル
シカゴに朝到着する便でしたが、すぐにチェックインできてよかったです。部屋は清潔感があり、バスルームはとても使いやすかったです。快適に過ごすことができました。朝食も十分でした。 また、ロビーのPC・プリンターも便利で、急な書類のプリントアウトもできてよかったです。 分かっていたことですが、ダウンタウンまで少し距離があるので、仕事などでダウンタウンに行くときは電車よりタクシーを使った方が便利かもしれません。しかし、観光などで頻繁に電車を使うなら、1日や3日のパスを買えば便利です。

Staff is great, especially the front desk!! We enjoyed our stay, it was just a little noisy because of the convention. Room was super clean, and very cosy. Animal friendly too! We plan to return in August. Highly recommend!!

The lobby was beautiful. The service of everyone who worked there was good. My room was average compared to most of their hotels. I was unhappy with the fact that the tv had no internet, the whole hotel was on cooling apparently and being severely animic that was out of the question for me. They did offer a space heater. Yet I’ve never heard of an entire hotel being on cooling in the Rosemont area or any Illinois area for that matter isn’t always good because it’s not always warm in April. I would’ve preferred a more comfortable bed with a mattress topper or something. The fridge had dents in it and was a bit unsightly. But everything was clean, housekeeping was spectacular daily.

My first night was good. My second, a disaster. Between the late night fire alarm, the fraternity convention, and the maid knocking on my door at 8 am asking me if I was still there I left exhausted. This company has put profit over comfort. I shall not any longer darken its door. Hilton forgot that guest come to relax, a seemingly obvious fact.

My Weekend Getaway
It was a nice little trip. I had a fun time at the Donald E Stevens Convention Center where “Midwest FurFest” took place. I had a pleasant experience, the people there were very nice and even gave me tips on travel for the next time there’s a convention. A rundown hilton
The hotel interior is pretty rundown. The restaurants and breakfast is fantastiskt as thestaffs are nice and friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed too. Location is perfect if you are going to exhibition

Stay Here
Our stay was nothing but, amazing! The check in agent was friendly and had a smile. The whole Hotel is classy and modern in décor. Our room the bed is soft and clean.
