ソファーベッド付きのホテルで検索したのに3人では不可だった！

今回はオーランド帰りの後泊に経由地のシカゴ空港近くに宿泊。立地も良く、部屋も広く、清潔で、しかも朝食付き（内容はそれなり）でコスパは良好。 3人で宿泊し、空港送迎あり・ソファーベッド付部屋をわざわざ選定したのに、3人でのソファーベットの利用は不可とのことで、フロントでお願いしたが承諾得られず残念！午前中に到着したがチェックインできたので、そのままショッピングに出かけることが出来たので助かった。

空港からシャトルバスを利用しましたが、毎20分で来ると聞いていましたが、40分ほど待ちました。チェックインの時に名前がすぐに見つからなかったり、コンピューターの調子が悪いということでカードキーが出来上がるのに少し時間がかかりました。リクエストしたチェックアウトする日のシャトルのタイムテーブルを忘れられて、もう一度フロントに戻りました。お部屋は清潔でしたので快適に過ごせました。

The staff seem to have a commitment to quality and cleanliness. Everyone on staff was attentive to our needs, like people helped us to the elevator, front desk helped us with questions and even nice when we ordered snacks at midnight.

The biggest issue we had with our room was the thermostat. It was difficult to figure out and the fan ran loudly the entire time of our stay no matter what setting we tried.

This hotel is very nice. Not quiet, due to consistent airplane noise but that wasn’t an issue as we knew we were close to the airport and it wasn’t unexpected. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites for accommodations.
