The property is currently being remodeled, over all, very nice updates. Our room was beautiful and clean. The pool was really crowded and pretty small.

Would have been 5 stars except the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine revving up, and it was very loud. It was so bad it would rattle the door to the bathroom. It was very hard to sleep.

Property was well kept, staff was nice, only complaint i have is the ice machine on the second floor was out of order, and was making an odd noise that kept waking me up out of my sleep.

I was disappointed in the room service. I expected the housekeeping service to visit your room daily without you asking for it. While I didn't excessively use the room, I expected that the towels would be changed or replaced daily and the bed would be made daily. On the day of departure, I went to breakfast to find that there wasn't any milk for the cereal that I had decided to eat. Otherwise the room plan is akin to a small apartment which I appreciated.

What stood out from this property vs a normal Hampton Inn experience is 1) The availability of suites which provide a little more room for those who need it; and 2) A very good gym, including a number of good weight machines in addition to free weights and cardio options.

Our room did not have AC at it was almost 80 degrees in the room. Only option to cool room down was to open window - however this brought in lots of noise as property close to highway.

One dirty diaper spoils the whole thing

This hotel seemed fine enough and it was until my second stay when I slept in my room all night and woke up to see something behind the nightstand. A stack of greasy plates with opened salt packets, 6 open tubs of peanut butter, a dirty diaper, used plasticware, a dirty open old yogurt container… all next to me while slept. The breakfast in the morning is great as are the staff that tend to it, some front staff are far more welcoming than others, but the amount and type of trash that was left in my room from the last guest or who knows really spoils the whole thing. The front desk said sorry and I had to call twice to have housekeeping done as I discovered the pile in the morning when I was hoping to use my morning time to get ready but instead waited for housekeeping to come remove a diaper with unknown human excrement in it and spoiled open dairy containers.

Great place for a family vacation

exceeded my expectations Love the free coffee, water and tea AND cookies Front desk was very friendly and helpful pool was great, hot tub was fabulous really nice equipment in the gym, couldn't believe they gave out free headphones too and the cool towels were a nice touch Room very spacious and clean nice and quiet at night Breakfast was awesome- very nice variety looking forward to coming back in the summer for the outdoor pool area
