good stay for the money
It was a nice clean hotel but you could hear kids running around upstairs and people flushing their toilets which was a bit bothersome. overall it was decent though.

Had a very enjoyable weekend stay. My son took me away for my birthday. Everyone was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable would definitely stay again.

There was to be coffee in lobby and breakfast available, however not only was there not breakfast the other restaurant on property was closed too!

Unfortunately our room was dirty when we arrived. We never were able to get house keeping to come to our room. Had to ask front desk for lots of things.

I'd come again
Staff was super friendly. Hallways could have used a vacuum. Rooms were very clean. Bed quite comfortable. I would stay again.

Nice on surface, poor under the covers!
Very nice place and nice decor at first blush. This was our second stay at this place in two weeks. Same deficiencies, so it wasn't a fluke. Cookies at check in! Very Nice pool. However: 1. Shower handle was broken/loose. Told front desk - no change in 48 hours. 2. Bathroom layout is poor. Have to get in shower under faucet to turn it on. 3. Internet was terrible. Every time we logged in we had different experiences (wife and I). Sometimes it failed. Sometimes it asked you to become a Honors member. Very flaky and unlike another Hilton I'm in right now which is perfect. 4. Clock was 12 hours off without a way to reset it to the correct time. 5. Continuous fan while in auto mode. Never shuts off. 6. No towel racks, only two small hooks. Use the top of doors instead! And no baths fan. 7. No body wash in shower - only shampoo and conditioner. Two small, pitiful bars of soap were provided. 8. No breakfast included. 9. Business Center was closed. 10. Ice machine on 1st floor inoperable. 11. Refrigerator inoperable. No switch to turn on and no temperature selector. 12. No microwave.
