This cozy estate has plenty of space for a family of seven, including kids. If you need a bit more room, there are two extra sleeping spots available, just in case. With two cozy bedrooms and a clean bathroom, guests find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The home stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please put all dirty towels and linens in the laundry bin in the bathroom closet.
Please remove any full trash from the bins in the home and throw out to the bins on the side of the garage.
On Monday mornings please roll out the bins at the side of the garage and put them at the front curb by the stop sign.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host was great at communicating throughout the process. House was perfect. Great yard for the dogs and looks to be recently updated and very clean. Wasn’t a fan of being forced into the insurance or they take a big deposit when you book but don’t know if that is this listing or a VRBO thing. Still besides that it was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
