シカゴ中心地へ行く電車駅に近いのは便利です。しかし、ホテル周辺は改造車や大騒音をたてながら走る車が多く、歩く人も少ないので、独り歩きは怖い。 スタッフは親切で救われた。

Someone's hair was in the tub, bed mattress and pillow covers. Someone's greasy fingerprints were everywhere. It was NOT cleaned. So gross. And there was a weird fresh stain on the corner of the bedsheet. When we asked the receptionist for at least a new bedsheet since it was clearly wasn't cleaned, she didn't speak English and couldn't understand us. Blood stain on the walls and curtains. Incredibly dirty and disgusting.

Property looks ok from outside. The neighborhood was very loud as airport is close & street traffic. The room we were assigned was down a dark alley behind main part. Lots of trash outside of our room on alley from Reno. Room was newly renovated but the linens were dingy and I had to ask 2x for a second blanket. Only 2 bath towels provided. The shuttle driver was pleasant & gave good recommendations for place to eat

Arrived to property. Was told no room due to maintenance issues. Had to spend next 4hrs finding a room in Chicago on a Saturday. Turned my 8hr drive into a 12hr drive. Nobody apologized. Was told to call Expedia to solve the problem.

We checked in and went straight to our room. It was nice but definitely not for the price. We also had issues with the TV not working both nights.. we did go to the office and complain. Night 1 they sent the maintenance man who was nice but didn’t fix the problem. Night 2 there was a lack of expedience to fix the problem.. it never got fixed.

Nice that they had 24 hour airport pickup but the van was older and harder to get into than the one shown on website. If you have issues with getting into higher vehicle, take an uber. We got in late and they upgraded us, but no towels in room, it took a bit to get some, had to raid another room and the light bulbs in bathroom were burnt out. Staff is friendly and hard working, breakfast was standard and very welcome to have in an expensive city, short walk to the orange line that gets you everywhere and safe area right across from a high school, nothing fancy but clean and about right for price.

First off the staff was very nice and accommodating. If I rates only based on that, they would get 5 stars. Unfortunately the first room we was in, when we initially walked in it's like we got punched in the face with deodorizing spray. I chalked it up to being clean. Boy was I wrong. The longer we stayed in that room the worse it got. First I was noticing random hairs EVERYWHERE. Then I noticed there was some type of drink splatter over the headboard of the bed. I did reserve a two queen bed room but we got a one queen bed room and a cot. Then one of the lampshade was all crinkled up like it has been knocked over or thrown with a hair on it. The smoke detector was dangling from it wires from the top of the wall near bathroom. It was super dusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bathroom had a very loose faucet on the sink, missing butron to get the hand soap at and the tub looked dirty Also the carpet was filthy. My sister walked barefoot on it and tracked black dirt right onto the bathroom floor. It was disgusting. After being in it for a just a little while my sister said she started noticing another smell. I couldn't smell it the first time she brought it up but then it hit me. The smell of mold got very strong. She has severe allergies and her throat started closing on her and I began vomiting. I called the front desk on my cell phone being the room phone didn't work. I requested a new room and told why it was needed. They obliged. New room was ok.

I like the had airport shuttle 24/7 but they seemed under staffed and I requested an ironing board bc the one in my room was broken. I never did hear back from them about it. The shower tub floor was rusted and cracked on the wall. No hand soap was provided only some hand lotion. I did not even try the breakfast bc of the smell of the lobby it smelled like sewer and the cafeteria was right next door

The hotel shows a luxury room in place of its basic room when booking. Parking is extremely limited and cramped. The bathtub looked like it had black mold in the edges and there was a disconnect between the faucet and the tub itself. A white unidentified powder was next to the right side of the headboard.

We booked a room with 2 queen-size beds for 2 adults and a child. Upon arrival, we were given a room with one queen-size bed and told that they would bring a mattress, we refused and began to insist that we need 2 queen-size beds, we were told there was nothing we could do! The room stinks of cigarettes!

I don't know if the people who rated it never stayed anywhere nice before but this was literally a roach motel. Rooms looked like they've seen crime scenes before, hair and mold in the tubs and bathroom walls. Only thing that looked clean was the bed thank God. But we saw a roach the next morning crawling on the desk next to the TV. I wanted to burn all my clothes but threw EVERYTHING immediately into the washer as soon as I got home.

Our door was opened before we even got to our room , and the front desk would not give us another room, not to mention the door would need to be slammed to be closed.On top of that just a very low quality stay overall .
