Great location
The apartment was in a great location. Clean with all the amenities. The host was great, checking in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We always had street parking in front of the unit. Close to dining and stores.

Great location
This property is in the best spot. We walked to a local coffee shop/ bakery and played in the park every morning. We did not have any trouble finding parking at night or during the day. Great spot for our family and dog-friendly to boot!

Clean, comfy spot in a fairly chill neighborhood
My son, myself and our pup stayed here for spring break. Between sight seeing and college visits, this place was a great space to rest and recoup. Quiet family neighborhood near the blue line and on the bus routes. Nice park across the street that our dog loved. Apartment has everything you need and was super easy to navigate. Great communication with the host. Would recommend!

Perfect Spot!
Our group had the best weekend in Chicago while staying at Kevin’s place. It was so clean, was in a great location, and had everything we needed. We felt comfortable there immediately and Kevin was great at communicating. Check in/check out couldn’t have been easier which was really the icing on the cake. It was 4 adults in our group but would be a great spot for kids as well with the park right across the street and the extra bedrooms. Definitely will consider staying here in the future if we find our way back to Chi town!

Exactly What We Were Looking For
A group of 5 flew in to see a baseball game and this was exactly what we were looking for. It was in a great neighborhood and central to everything that we had planned to do. The park across the street was an added bonus for our 5 year old! Place was very clean and Kevin was great to work with. He checked on us regularly and was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Great for our family!
We stayed for almost a week and really enjoyed our time there! Location was great, easy access to shopping and public transportation. The apartment was clean and the updates were very nice! Kevin was great at responding to any questions we had. Something that matters to us is having closet space to hang items and there was plenty of drawer and closet space. Definitely recommend this rental!
