この値段のホテルにしては珍しく朝食が少し充実。オヘア空港から(へ)のシャトルバスはあるが、ウーバーやタクシーと同じ金額($25)掛かる。比較的徒歩圏内にレストランあり。

We stayed at the best western for 3 nights not even once we had a room service , no one came to clean and or ask if we want cleaning. The hand soap was empty we asked twice for replacement no one brought anything we end up buying our own . There were only 2 pillows for a king bed when we asked for more pillows we were told we have to come and collect them from the front desk we went 3 times before someone was available to give us a pillow. We were told there is breakfast available till 10 am. We never saw it only fruits and bread were there weather we showed up at 8 or 9:30 didn’t matter. The front desk staff were always on their phone or tablet watching something didn’t greet us at all. Over all our stay was not pleasant. We would not recommend or stay at this location again.

Was a great stay, clean, and comfortable, especially if you are on a budget. Harrash at front desk was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had an issue with the shower head leaking and they came up right away to replace. All was very good. Good breakfast options.

Was given a room in the evening (while still light out) that I came back to when dark to discover the room darkening shade would not pull down so the lights in the parking lot were glaring into the room. Told the person at the front desk that it was unacceptable and said they were fully booked and another room was not available. Next morning I told the next person on duty to have it fixed. Came back at 3pm, still not fixed. Told the next person the problem, he came up and looked at it and gave me another room. Asked when I checked in if there was daily maid service, he said yes. Room was never cleaned for the next 3 days of my stay. Upon checking out I asked about the maid service and was told it was upon demand. Would have been nice to know in advance. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

Hotel was good for what it is, a cheaper, budget type hotel. It was fairly modern and new, clean and lots of parking. It is located next to a busy road that youc an hear cars go by all the time depending where your room is. The room was decent size and fairly comfortable bed. The air situation left a little to be desired but it was okay. The hotel is a little far away from highways to Chicago if that matters to you. Overall for a cheap hotel in the suburbs the hotel will meet your needs if that's all you're after.

Our stay at as great here. The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint is that our microwave in our room was not working and we asked to get it replaced but they never replaced it.

Overall this place is a solid place to stay if you are looking for something close to the airport and not looking for much. The first night was fine, the room seemed clean and the breakfast was decent. The second night we came back to our room we found that our room had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and they told us that they did not have enough staff to clean our room which was an odd thing to say. The same night it seemed like a bunch of high school kids booked the night there and were running up and down the hall screaming for hours. Other than that I would say don’t expect much. This place is average at best
