Summary:
Newer construction rental in the heart of Chicago's Ukrainian Village, designated the "hottest neighborhood" in America in 2016. Gorgeous, architecturally significant, 4-unit building built in 2017. 1,600 SF PENTHOUSE unit has 4-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms with stunning contemporary finishes and 2 balconies to enjoy the outdoors. Hardwood floors throughout. True master suite with full double-vanity bath, walk-in-closet and its own private balcony. In-unit washer/dryer.

The Space:
Our home consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 12 FT CEILINGS. The master has it's own balcony, bathroom, king bed and walk-in closet. The three other bedrooms include queen size beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen bed. The balcony in the front offers 16 FT Ceilings, a great view of the skyline and sunlight. Roof-top deck is common area and offers panoramic Chicago skyline views.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire 1600 sq ft apartment + two balconies + rooftop deck with amazing skyline views.

The Neighborhood:
West Town is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Chicago and the home also boarders Wicker Park. Both towns offer some of the best nightlife, bars, and choices for food. Enjoy easy access to a Marianos right across the street (literally) from our home.

Other Things to Note:
This is one of the best locations in Chicago and central to everything the city has to offer. Many great bars, restaurants, and stores nearby.

Our son’s wedding
We were in town for our son’s wedding and this was the perfect location for our group. Apartment was as advertised and the host was very responsive and helpful. The rooftop provided a perfect place for some pre-wedding groom/best man photos as well.

We really enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful place, but think a couple of things would have helped to be aware of: this is on the 4th floor with no elevator. The stairs are all metal in a concrete stairwell (very loud). The front bedroom also had quite a bit of noise from the street, I would bring ear plugs. The location across from the grocery store was super convenient.

A Christmas to Remember
Arrived Christmas day. Easy check-in. Wonderful location. Grocery and a delicatessen across the street. Bakery a 6 minute walk, with the best eclairs and croissants! Roof top view of the chicago skyline was gorgeous. A quick 15 minute drive to downtown. One parking spot in the back is yours for free. Clean and beautiful apartment. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Perfect location
The location is perfect for traveling to downtown Chicago. There’s a free parking street for the neighborhood if there are more than two cars simultaneously. The place is spacious and clean. Perfect to book as a getaway stay with friends and family.

Champions Classic
We wanted a nice place for four college buddies to gather and watch our team hoop at the United Center. This penthouse in Ukrainian Village checked all the boxes. Excellent pricing, room for all of us with space to spare, upscale accommodations, close to everything. From check-in to check-out we wanted for nothing. We would all highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
